The elemental compositions used (generated with pi, recursion and tessellations), are commonly found in visual patterns across organic and synthetic systems: feathers, snowflakes, digital artifacts from television and computer interfaces
Taking audiovisual data inputs from her lived experience, such as colors representing ethnic heritage or frequencies from political discourse, primitives are recomposed to develop new variations which deviate but cannot escape its self-referential destiny to all the forms it has inhabited before. Bound within existing parameters, movement continues to recurse along innate pathways while also evolving forms and possibilities from mutating with the introduction of data as lived experience
Particles find liberation not from operating outside the bounds of its existence, but by compounding mutations which signal to each other and itself what it is becoming
The project is displayed as chapters that both scramble the order of its possibility at any point in time while maintaining its core trajectory and tendency towards recursion.
